The Workers Together With Him bookshop features publications that are easy for English-speaking Christians aged ten years and older to read and understand. These books are written from a solid Biblical perspective and are sure to enhance your relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

The ministers of Workers Together With Him did not learn their lessons in university halls or in the classrooms of prestigious seminaries. We are not scholars, nor are we trying to present ourselves as such. We are simply "workmen of the Word" according to the directive given to Timothy:

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15)

Our presentation of the Gospel aspires to follow the standard set by the apostle Paul.

And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. (2 Corinthians 2:4-5)

It is "the simplicity that is in Christ" (2 Cor. 11:3) that is the mark of excellence for which we strive. Precept upon precept, we expound upon the Holy Scriptures using easy-to-understand language and examples from everyday life.

It is good to remember that the apostles Peter and John were both disdained for their lack of scholarship. We would be honored to be counted worthy of the same contempt.

Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. (Acts 4:13)

Only those who have "been with Jesus" can receive true understanding of God's Word. As Paul wrote, "For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ" (Gal. 1:12). We know that in order to serve you, these books must meet that high standard. Anything less and they are just added weight on your already-strained bookshelves.

And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh. (Ecclesiastes 12:12)
