IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT, formerly titled "The Weapons of Our Warfare", is a comprehensive seminar (and book) that will help you understand and use the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT: What is it about?

This class is a presentation of the Biblical precepts to walking in the power of God's might.

The book of Hebrews contains a stern warning to the people of God:

Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. (Hebrews 4:1)

In this section of the Bible, a Christian's "entering into [God's] rest" is equated to Israel's entering into the Promised Land. There is only one valid explanation for coming short:

So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. (Hebrews 3:19)

The Israelites failed by reason of unbelief. But what did they fail to believe? They did not believe God would help them defeat their adversaries. Therefore, they feared facing them on their own and would not enter the Promised Land. They failed because they trusted in their own might and not in the power of God.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. (Ephesians 6:10)

God does not want you to be a strong Christian. God wants you to be strong in him, and in the power of his might. That is what the gifts of the Spirit are for – they grant you access to the Lord's strength. And this is the goal of Rev. Sullivan's class – to teach you how to be strong in the Lord and walk IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT. Through sound biblical instruction coupled with his own experiences, you will be led into a greater understanding and use of the gifts of the Spirit.

Clear and complete answers are given to such questions as:

CLASS SCHEDULE

This class is presented over a five-day span, in six hour-long sessions per day. The daily schedule is adapted to best suit the students' needs. For example, some classes have been presented with two sessions in the morning, two sessions in the afternoon and two in the evening. Others prefer three sessions in the morning and three sessions in the afternoon, with evenings free.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Is this class available on video or audio tape?

No. This class is presented live so it can be best adapted for each particular audience.

2. Can't I simply read the book, In the Power of His Might instead of taking this class?

Of course! However, it is a different experience to have the class material ministered to you by someone who is utilizing the same gifts he is teaching about to best meet your need. The optimum experience would be to both read the book and sit through the class!

3. In what other ways can I expect to see the Spirit of God manifested during this class?

All students will receive as many of the nine gifts of the Spirit as they have faith to receive. There will be a healing service towards the end of the seminar, and students will learn how to receive and minister healing. The gift of prophecy will be used to speak a "Blessing of the Lord" for each student. If requested, a water baptism service and a dedication of children service may also be scheduled.
