It's an interesting dilemma. As a charitable nonprofit organization, Workers Together With Him is committed to helping others. But in order to do our charitable work, we require that charity be extended towards us as well! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Actually, the idea is not new. Jesus sent out his disciples with the instruction, "Freely as ye have received, freely give" (Matt. 10:8). But their success as missionaries depended upon the good will of others being shown to them along the way.

And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you: (Luke 10:7-8)

Our salvation is free to us only because God paid for it with his Son. It certainly wasn't free to him. Likewise the only way Workers Together With Him can "make the gospel of Christ without charge" (1 Cor. 9:18) is when our ministry expenses are covered. That is the purpose of the tithes and offerings we receive.*

BE A WORKER TOGETHER WITH HIM

Whether or not you ever preach a sermon, teach a Bible class, or go on a mission to a foreign country, you are a "worker together with him" when you give of yourself to help the furtherance of the Lord's gospel. "The harvest truly is plenteous," said Jesus, "but the labourers are few" (Matt. 9:37). God's labourers are not only those who enter the mission field. Also included are they that support the ones who go.
