WHO WE ARE AND
WHAT WE DO
Who we are and what we do is crystallized in the name of our ministry, Workers Together With
Him, a name found in Paul's second epistle to the
Corinthians.
We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the
grace of God in vain. (2 Corinthians 6:1-2)
We are WORKERS because the furtherance of the Gospel
requires commitment, dedication and self-sacrifice.
Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but
the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his
harvest. (Matthew 9:37-38)
We are WORKERS TOGETHER because it takes a united effort
for Christians to get the job done.
Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one
accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem
other better than themselves. (Philippians 2:2-3)
We are WORKERS TOGETHER WITH HIM because without the LORD's blessing and
guidance, our labor will be in vain.
Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD
keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
(Psalm 127:1)
Our Statement of Faith
- We believe in One God, Creator of heaven and earth;
- And in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Savior and Lord.
- We believe in the infallibility of the Holy Bible, the Word of God;
- And in the biblical testimony of the fall of man.
- We believe that a man is saved - born-again - through faith in the accomplished work of Jesus Christ: his
death on the cross, his resurrection, and his ascension.
- The collective of born-again believers comprise the Body of Christ, his Church.
- This Church is to be governed by Jesus Christ, the Head of the Body, and by the statutes and ordinances of
the Word of God.
- Our Christian duty is to love God and keep his commandments.
- We believe in water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ.
- We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost, the promise of the Father to all who believe; and in the gifts
of the Spirit - the "power from on high" - which are to be received and utilized in strict accordance to the
Word of God.
- We believe in the resurrection of the dead: for the believer unto eternal life, and for the unbeliever unto
eternal damnation;
- And that Jesus Christ will reward every man according to his works.
Our Mission Statement
Workers Together With Him is an international Christian ministry dedicated to the furtherance of the gospel of
our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We preach the message of Salvation and educate Christians to the end that they can be a living testimony of God’s
love, power and good will toward men.
In Baton Rouge, much of who we are and what we do is
manifested in our weekly church services, where you are always welcome to attend. Otherwise our teachings are
distributed via our seminars, and various publications, including our free newsletter The Vine and
Branches.
How We Are Funded
Workers Together With Him is mainly funded by the tithes and offerings of its supporters, and to a lesser extent
from the sale of certain teaching materials. These funds are directed toward our missionary work, publications and
operating expenses. All donations to Workers Together With Him are tax deductible for US residents. If you make
donations from a different country, tax laws of that country apply.
Incorporation Information
Workers Together With Him was incorporated on September 28, 1999, in the State of Texas, USA, as a 501 (c) (3)
Nonprofit organization, Charter No. 01552809. A Certificate of Authority to operate in the State of Louisiana, USA,
was granted by the Secretary of the State on January 30, 2006.
Our Board of Directors have the responsibility of oversight to all ministry activities.
